I was reading somewhere that cruising is an increasingly more popular way of how to get to Hawaii. Apparently, they are using more and larger ships to sail to Hawaii. And you know the old rule of supply and demand. When there is more supply, the price gets cheaper. Plus, the cruise lines are routing more ships away from Mexico because of increasing fears over safety and violence caused by the drug cartels. Plus, in the winter, ships that once sailed to Alaska are being re-routed to warmer areas because they can’t sail in frozen and icy waters during this time. So all in all, cruising is getting to be a more popular way of how to get to Hawaii.
